At Soar Bungee Fitness, we believe that staying fit should be fun, effective and something you will want to keep coming back to. We offer fitness classes that provide a full-body workout and are designed to be both safe and enjoyable. Our certified trainers are nutritionists are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their fitness goals, whether that means building strength, improving flexibility, or simply having a great time. You won’t believe how much fun you can have while getting fit!

  • What to expect on my first visit.
    You will be welcomed with open arms and smiling faces. We are so excited to have you at SOAR. You will be asked to complete a liability waiver and health questionnaire. If you have had any recent surgeries or injuries in the last 6 months, you will need to be released by a doctor for exercise. Safety is most important to us at SOAR. Your instructor will then show you around the studio. We have a changing room, and lockers provided. You will have to weigh you in order to get the correct number of bungee cords set up for you. This is a private weigh in and no one has to know your cord number. The instructor will show you how to get harnessed up. Getting weighed and harnessed up can take a good bit of time on your first visit. We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes before class especially on your first visit, this is to ensure you have time to get your waiver completed and use the restroom. The class will always follow the order of stretching, warm up, flies, skills, and move into cool down. We do offer water breaks, but you are welcome to keep your water close by for easy access. At SOAR we always make sure you feel welcome. We do not judge here, but you will find people reaching out to help you. I always tell my new clients to do what you, it takes time to learn something new. We all start as newbies!
  • What do I wear?
    You will need to wear athletic clothing. Athletic shoes with laces. High impact sports bra. If you are worried about the discomfort of the harness, you can double layer your leggings with shorts. We recommend wearing leggings that go past your knees. However, biker shorts are welcome. Be sure to always bring water and a sweat towel.
  • Who can do Bungee Fitness
    Anyone! Thats the beauty of the bungee workouts. They are all fairly low impact. Its ideal for those of most fitness levels. If you want a fun new way to work out, Bungee Fitness is for you. At SOAR we do have a few requirements: You cannot be pregnant. You cannot be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No recent surgeries, that have not yet been released by your doctor. You must be within out weight limit of 40-305 lbs.
  • Can I lose weight with Bungee Fitness?
    YES! You absolutely can! Bungee workouts are excellent for building muscle and fat burning. The Bungee cord carries some of your weight, making this exercise low-impact. Squats, burpees, push-ups are made easier. The fact that you are constantly moving, running, and jumping means you're doing alot of low intensity, steady exercise. This is what is activating your stored fat and burning it in a way high intensity workout can't. Which uses glucose rather than fats. Bungee is great for those who want to gain mobility, have fun, and feel as if you are absolutely weightless.
