Service Description

You must complete intro to bungee before taking this class. The bungee workout routine combines simple exercises (like squats and planks) with more active ones (like running and jumping). Specifically, you attach bungee workout cords hanging from the roof to a harness on your waist. The instructor leads the exercise as the rest follow as they perform squats, jumps, push-ups, planks, sprints, and other workout routines. The hanging cord helps reduce your body weight, thus making the exercises easier. Bungee exercises also improve endurance by stretching the bungee workout cords during workouts. Bungee exercise improves balance and body movement. The bungee routine method keeps you buoyant such that you don’t get any pain in your joints when you land due to the low impact. It involves cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and core training. The bungee workout is good for muscle building and those looking to improve their mobility. If working out has been difficult, it helps bring back the willingness to do so. These workouts may help you keep fit without feeling worn out.
