Alexa born and raised on the Misssissippi Gulf Coast, has always had a passion for health and wellness. graduated from the University of Southern Miss with a degree in Biological Science and a Minor in Chemistry, and while she currently works as optometry assistant and office manager, fitness has always been her true calling. Her fitness journey began in 2011, and since then, she has collected an impressive list of certifications. From MAD DOG ATHLETICS, AFAA Group Fitness, Personal Training, Schwinn Indoor Cycling, and now Bungee Fitness. As a mom of two, Alexa knows the importance of balance, mindset, and leading by example. She believes fitness is more than just a workout, it is a lifestle, and shes ready to bring her energy, passion, and knowledge to every bungee class she teaches!
