Cassie Haydis

Soar is happy to bring Cassie to the team! Cassie moved to Mississippi in 2010 from California, where she lived in several places growning up in a coast gaurd family. For the past 15 years, she has taught kindergarten and has a true passion for helping young learners grow. She holds a masters degree and is currently working on becoming a certified academic language therapist. When shes not in the classroom, she loves planning vacations as a travel agent and going on adventures with her 14 - year -old daughter Jordyn. Cassie joined Soar in Jan 2023 while restarting her weight-loss journey and looking for a fresh start. After one class, she was HOOKED! She never imagined workingout could be this fun! With Soar's constant encouragment and uplifting environment, she continued to push herself toward new goals. Since joining she has lost over 80 pounds and now loves inspiring others on their own fitness journeys.

With her passion for teaching and helping others succeed, Cassie is beyond excited to step into her new role as a certified Bungee Fitness Instructor. She cant wait to workout with everyone, whether its your very first class or your hundredth! You can find Cassie on Monday evenings, and select Friday evenings for GLOW!
