Never tried bungee fitness? Start here.
You’re clipped into a harness, the bungee takes the impact, and running and jumping suddenly feel light. It’s a full-body workout that feels more like play.
$29 for 15 days of classes. Your 15 days start the day you take your first class, not the day you buy.
What bungee fitness actually is
You wear a harness around your waist and hips, clipped to a bungee cord overhead. When you run, jump or lunge, the cord catches part of your weight and softens your landing, so your joints take less pounding.
Soar Bungee Fitness opened in D’Iberville in August 2022 as the first bungee fitness studio on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Classes are 30 minutes, and only instructors set up and adjust the bungee.

Everyone starts with Level 1
Level 1 is Soar’s beginner bungee class. You learn to trust the harness: how to stand, bounce, land and fly safely, plus simple moves for balance and coordination. No experience needed.
Why not skip ahead
Classes like Bungee Burn and Bungee Level 2 move faster and assume you already know the harness. Level 1 gives you that footing, so the next classes feel fun instead of frantic.
When you’re ready for more
After at least 4 Level 1 classes, your instructor will let you know when you’re ready for Level 2.
Level 1 runs Mondays and Thursdays at 5:45 PM with Anna.
The intro offer beats paying class by class
The intro offer is $29 for 15 days of unlimited classes, for new customers only. On the bungee, that means Level 1. Off the bungee, every group fitness class is open to you: Barrelates, Belly and Buns, Sculpt 30, Spin, Step Aerobics and Cardio Drumming.
Your 15 days start the day you take your first class, not the day you buy. Buy now and book when you’re ready.

Getting ready for your first class
A few simple things make your first flight easy.
Wear
Full-length leggings or workout pants, a fitted top or sports bra, and closed-toe athletic shoes. Tie your hair back and leave loose jewelry at home.
Bring
A water bottle. Only water is allowed on the studio floor. Lockers and changing rooms are on site.
Eat
Keep it light before class. Your instructor can share what works best before your first flight.
Arrive
15 minutes early so your instructor can fit your harness. Doors lock when class starts.
Waiver
Sign the liability waiver before your first class.
Who can join
Ages 14 and up (under 18 with a parent or guardian present), 40 to 300 lbs. Bungee isn’t available during pregnancy or within 6 months of surgery unless your doctor clears you.
Health
Tell your instructor about any injury or medical condition before class.
Cancel
Cancel in the app at least 10 hours ahead to avoid a $10 late fee.
What to expect in your first class
1
Check in
Arrive 15 minutes early, say hello, and drop your things in a locker.
2
Harness fitting
Your instructor fits your harness, clips you in and checks it. You never adjust the bungee yourself.
3
The class
Thirty minutes of guided moves: first getting comfortable in the harness, then simple bounces, runs and flights at your own pace.
4
Cooldown
A few minutes to slow down, stretch and unclip with your instructor.
5
Before you leave
Book your next Level 1. Your instructor can help you pick a time.

Your first month
A simple plan for the first four weeks.
Week 1
Take Level 1 on Monday and Thursday. Add a group class if you want more.
Week 2
Two more Level 1 classes. Try a morning group class like Barrelates or Belly and Buns; early classes are easier to get a spot in.
Day 15
With 4 Level 1 classes done, ask your instructor if you’re ready for Level 2, then pick a membership.
Weeks 3 and 4
Stay with Level 1 until your instructor approves you, then add Level 2.
What comes after your 15 days
Ready to commit? Soar 20 ($79 a month for 12 months) and SOAR 6 ($89 a month for 6 months) give you the same 20 classes for less. SOAR ELITE ($129 a month for 6 months) is unlimited, with early booking and 5 guest credits.
