Terms & Policies

OUR POLICIES HELP KEEP SOAR SAFE, FUN, AND WELCOMING FOR EVERYONE.

LIABILITY WAIVER

All participants must complete and sign a liability waiver before participating in any class or event. This waiver must be renewed annually or if your information changes.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

  • You may cancel or reschedule your class up to 10 hours before class start time.

  • Late cancellations (within 10 hours) are subject to a $10 fee.

  • No-shows are subject to a $10 fee and loss of class credit.

  • Please cancel through the Soar app or website.

  • Classes may be canceled by Soar if fewer than 3 participants are enrolled. You will be notified and your class credit will be returned or you may choose another class.

  • Doors lock at class start time. Late arrivals may not be permitted.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Weight range: 40–300 lbs

  • Ages 5–12 (when meeting weight requirements) can attend Kids SOAR.

  • Children 14–18 are permitted to attend adult sessions when a parent or guardian is present.

  • Cannot be pregnant.

  • No recent surgeries within the last 6 months unless cleared by a physician.

  • Inform your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions before class.

PAYMENT & MEMBERSHIP TERMS

  • Payments are processed securely through our software provider.

  • Memberships are auto-renewing unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • It is your responsibility to update payment information.

  • Promotions and intro offers are for first-time clients only and may not be combined.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and be properly fitted in your harness.

  • Listen to and follow your instructor at all times.

  • No food or drinks on the studio floor. Water is allowed.

  • Use the restroom and hydrate before class.

  • Be respectful of your instructors, fellow members, and the studio space.

  • Cell phones should be on silent. Please limit usage on the studio floor.

ATTIRE REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-length leggings or workout pants.

  • Fitted, secure top (sports bra or tank).

  • Closed-toe athletic shoes.

  • Hair tied back and no loose jewelry.

STUDIO & EQUIPMENT SAFETY

  • Only instructors are permitted to handle bungee setup or equipment.

  • Do not touch or adjust the bungee system.

  • Report any equipment issues to an instructor immediately.

  • Please let your instructor know if you need any help with your harness.

CHILDREN & GUESTS

  • Children must remain in eyesight and under supervision at all times.

  • Children are not allowed to play with any equipment.

  • For safety reasons, we ask that you limit guests in the studio.
